We had a fantastic stay at this cozy, family-owned hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The facilities were top-notch, with a wonderful wellness area including saunas, a hammam, and a swimming pool. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Hintertux glacier and convenient bus connections to other ski lifts. But the absolute best part was ending our days on the slopes in the outdoor jacuzzi, followed by a delicious dinner in the restaurant with a great selection of wines. We can't wait to come back!
The only downside we noticed was the lack of a fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have these amenities for added convenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by high mountains and offering breathtaking views. It's the perfect place for hiking and enjoying the natural beauty of the area. The hotel itself is top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms that have all the necessary amenities. We particularly loved the outdoor jacuzzi, where we could relax after a long day on the slopes. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the spa and wellness center provided a range of treatments and facilities for ultimate relaxation. We also appreciated the convenience of the ski pass vendor and the laundry services offered at this venue.
You won't regret staying at this hotel. It offers luxurious comfort, stunning views, and top-notch service.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel surrounded by high mountains, perfect for hiking. The view was breathtaking, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and the restaurant served excellent food. The breakfast had a wide range of options, and the dinner consisted of five courses with a fantastic salad bar. The prices were very reasonable. The hotel also had a great bar and an amazing pool on the fifth floor, both indoor and outdoor, with a stunning view of the glacier. The underground parking was a bonus.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is surrounded by high mountains, providing a scenic backdrop for hiking. Guests can also enjoy a great view of the glacier from the fifth-floor pool. the rooms are clean and spacious, with some even resembling suites. the staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices. the hotel also has excellent facilities including a spa with saunas, a swimming pool, and a whirlpool. These amenities, combined with the hotel's location and service, make for a great value for money experience.
Some guests have mentioned the lack of a mini bar or room service in the rooms.

Great location, close to a glacier with incredible views of the Alps. Also loved the fact that it was so easy to get to other ski lifts from here. the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from.
The wifi connection in the room was subpar, making it difficult to stay connected to loved ones back home.
